The Challenge 🧐

You’ve got a cause, a team, and a hard deadline. Can you turn a rough idea into a successful real-world project — under pressure, in public, with stakes that matter?.

Our Experience 💃🕺🎅🧝📸☕❄️❤️

This class gives you something rare: the chance to run an actual project—from the first rough idea to the final report. You’ll pick a real charity. You’ll plan an event. And then you’ll actually make it happen.

Each student plays a real role:

  • CMA students design the brand and run the campaign.
  • TDI students build the tech—apps, forms, websites, whatever’s needed.
  • IBE students run logistics, handle budgets, and keep it all on track.

You’ll study the project lifecycle—just like in the professional world—and you’ll live every step of it. Brainstorm. Plan. Execute. Reflect. You’ll finish with something most people don’t get until years into their career: proof you can actually lead something real.

And what kind of projects? One group staged a Dance for MS fundraiser, bringing in performers from around the world, managing venue rental, catering, and promotion—all to support the MS Foundation of Switzerland.

Another team launched Project Santa and transformed a local farm into a winter wonderland for Photos with Santa, complete with elves, hot chocolate, glühwein, and on-the-spot photo printing—raising funds for children with cancer in Basel.

By the end, you’ll not only know project management; you’ll have led something that mattered!

The Takeaway 💡

From branding campaigns to software launches to startup pitches—every industry runs on projects. This course shows you how to run them. You’ll know how to lead a team, hit a deadline, fix what breaks, and still deliver.
You’ll leave with real experience—something you created, led, and finished. Not theory. Not a group grade. A project that actually happened. And yeah, that stands out. Everywhere. And an experience that stands out. Everywhere.
